Some of them are already clocking 70 years so they need to be in government to make money for retirement. so they are all scrambling to be made ministers.

Unless, you have independent undercover agents like the FBI in US, expose and put them in jail, Ghana treasury will always be broke. Government contracts are over inflated and the jobs poorly executed and this how wealth is gained in Ghana , under the umbrella of elected and appointed official.
Solution, get external help for undercover and tracking of money. Else only 20% of the wealth will go Ghanaians and 80% to government officials and their clones.
