This is serious as no one must be exempted from the passing of the law, however, parliamentarians are voted into parliament by their constituences, are Ministers voted ? There is a hell of a difference here. In any case we must look into the issue of parliamentarians again and why the must be exempted. No one was be above the law and as parliament is the legislature, members must uphold each and every law, its the only way we can make sense out of the laws they create.
