The basic fact that in a limited liability partnership, individuals partners are liable to their contribution (risk). Hence, a partner is not obligated to pay the entire contribution of another partner upon the dissolution of the company.
Yes, it was not fair for Madam Afeku and her husband to refund other partners' lost.
But as usual, our folks, including judges, are quick to side with White litigants.
No more. Catherine Afeku is innocent and must be allowed to pursue her interest to become Minister of Tourism!
