Are the roads better than the dam that will create jobs and wealth. Don't you know that the dam can generate more funds to construct more roads? Imagine the millions of dollars that would be saved from the importation of crude oil if this dam is able to generate 250 Megawatts of cheap hydropower? Do you know that if this dam had been constructed people would not have paid higher electric tariffs as they are doiing today. Imagine the quantity of tilapia that would be produced.
