I don't think Ghanaian elections had ever recorded 100 per cent turn-out. Th flimsy excuse NDC gave being "does not want to add to the sorrow of the death of the parliamentarian and as such will will not contest the pool" is just NONSENSE. They used the same logic at the Abuakwa North pool to replace J.B. Dankwah Adu who also incidentally passed away. Would NDC had said the same thing if the constituency in contention was to be in the Volta Region where they call their "world bank"? Their argument does not make sense and it was another way to avoid humiliation. If indeed the 70% that abstained in the elections would vote for Mahama, we live to see. The EC is also involved in the whole syndicate. There must strictly NVNV...No verification No vote!!! Political parties must strongly reject EC's proposal that allows people to vote when BV fails. Kwahus as usual, kept their cool and rebuilt their fortunes. The Ndc will now turn round to accuse other political parties of showing disrespect to Kwahu chiefs.
