Why wasting EC time with such nonsense ? There will be no voter compilation. Those of you calling for it should first avail the money needed for such exercise of forever hold your peace.

In life, if you want to change anything or make something new to replace the old one, you need to answer these two critical questions:
1. Can I guarantee that what made the old one not appropriate for my needs will not be replicated?
2. Are the financial aspect and time been catered for?
Let us deliberate on the first question. What guarantee is there that instead of the alleged more than "70,000 Togolese" in the current register will not be repeated or that more Togolese will not register in the new one?
Secondly, the EC asked for some amount to ran the Nov 7 elections but the govt says they cannot meet that and slashed the EC budget by some GH¢400 million. Has every Ghanaian got some form of identification to easily register if a new register is to be carried out?
NPP should answer whether their target is the over one million Malians in Ghana to register for them?
In any human endeavour, there are bound to be problems no matter how hard we try. What should be done is for all of us to clean the current register of dead people or people who have gone mad and cannot therefore be allowed to vote.
Let us stop all these nonsense in wasting time for the EC.

The new register will be better than the old and bloated voters register. Even in life nothing is 100 percent perfect

You are not fooling any one, but the fools and the greedy bastards, who make the majority of your membership. Advise your EC, to at least, use the same method the Accountant General is using to spot out ghost names on the government payroll. The method is that persons who claim to work for the government are asked to physically appear and be re -registered. This is what the Eminent Five, the EC itself put together, recommended. Call it any name you wish, since the word ....validation is scary to you folks.

It is an election year, and instead of going on with campaigning, you are litigating in court. By the time the case is disposed off, it is too late for you. The worst, the SC can extend Mahama's mandate for another five months to compile a new register. Who would benefit? Your guess is as good as mine.
