The President shall act on the advice of the Council of State means the President is barred from the nomination, vetting and selection process. Those who framed the Constitution were keenly aware of the impropriety inherent in allowing the President, a political player, to play a critical role in selecting the political referee. Nevertheless, out of deference for the office of the President, the framers allowed him, as the Chief Executive Officer, the honour of “appointing” the candidate selected by the Council of State. In this case, all the President is required to do is to issue the appointment letter under the Presidential seal but no more."

An advise can be taken in full or part depending on the user's judgment.

Ivor Greenstreet said directly to President John Mahama and Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur that: “You don’t care”.
“Nobody is feeling your better Ghana”, Greenstreet shouted when he delivered his party’s solidarity message to the NDC at the congress at the Baba Yara Stadium in the Ashanti regional Captial, Kumasi – stronghold of the main opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).
In the full glare of the President, Vice President, former President Jerry Rawlings, and thousands of leaders and supporters of the NDC, a defiant Greenstreet said: “…Currently nobody, I mean nobody is feeling your better Ghana.”
“Continuous ‘dumsor dumsor,’ corruption from top to bottom, left right inside out, and all the challenges you are facing [are] suffocating the Ghanaian people.”
He added: “We would have thought that perhaps you may have used an occasion like this to discuss policies, programmes and solutions to all the difficulties we are facing as a nation, but no, you chose today to share your Christmas gifts with each other.”
“Ghanaians are not happy at all. This ‘bronya’ is dry. Too too dry,” he told the President, adding: “The most painful thing of all is that you don’t care.”
“NDC continue, we are watching you, Ghana is watching you, do what you want to do, we also know what we’ll come and do…make sure you’ll elect executives who will be able to steer your parties affairs when you are in opposition. Boys abr3.”
The wheelchair-bound Politicians has been called names and criticised by leaders and supporters of the NDC after his bluntness. While Majority Leader Alban Bagbin has said he believed Greenstreet was possessed by some demons, which caused him to be “so emotional”, presidential staffer Sam George wrote on his Facebook wall that: “Ivor Greenstreet apparently needs elevation to see the Better Ghana.”
However, Nkrumah said Greenstreet’s message was crafted by the CPP to capture the mood and mind of the entire country.

Over half the citizens of Accra are squatters, most too ashamed to align themselves with their remote villages, but converge on Accra and make more noise than those fishermen. On the issue of Dr Abu Bilal Philips, Mahama does not decide who enters or leave this country. It is the responsibility of the National Security to vet everybody who enters and leaves the country. The National Security had conducted extensive checks on him and allowed him because they knew that he is not a security a threat. Even while in Ghana, he will be closely monitored by staff of National Security. Mahama is not a muslim he is a Northern, there is a difference between the two. President Mahama is not blood thirsty he is a loving and compassionate leader.

This group is just one of the rented NPP groups sent to paint the image of the EC black so that when they loss the 2016 Election again they make unnecessary noise. The EC boss is not hot of such baseless allegations, infact she is not moved. Come November 7th she will organize the most credible elections ever and Ghanaians will vote for President Mahama

Mandatory respect: You remember what Barack Obama told us during his maiden visit to Ghana? Africa needs strong institutions and not strong leaders. The constitution is the highest authority of the land. That is why dramani swore the oath to uphold the constitution. If for whatever reason, we refuse to obey the constitution, then we should forget about law and order in the country. NDC cannot flout the constitution for any reason. It is to their peril and to the peril of the whole fibre of Ghana. If the constitution can be flouted, it means any law can be broken by impunity in the country more so if the leader is clueless. Sorry for the language but it is the truth we must accept. This brings to mind the issue of zanetor rawlings. There is no machination that will change the fact that she is not qual;ified to be subject herself for election to a public office as a non-registered voter. I rest my case
2.0 Arrogance of Charlotte Osei is becoming unbecoming. She thinks because she was appointed by an associate the world belongs to her and she can do anything. Being smart is different but arrogance will not take you far. She should use her brains and think beyond today and look the day next. Ghanaians just believe in the prayer "give us this day our daily bread..." and that is the reason we refuse to plan. If it is true that she remained on the Board of the RE, she has gone against the constitution and should resign immediately. But if she thinks the president is her associate so she will continue to show the limitless arrogance, it is a matter of time, infact soon she will realize that it is not what she is thinking.
