There are over 50 ethnic groups in Ghana and if each one should rise and be demanding positions just for the sake of the ethnic group and without regard to relevant acumen required for such status, then our quest for development will fall far off sight, which would continue to place Africans as a laughing stalk in the eyes of the world.
