the problem with this northern mentality is that thanks to jj they now all have an unquenchable thirst for power but never to serve in a team or accept their fellow countrymen . just look around in Accra and study the majority of the businesses owned by these northerners and in the majority of the medium and Small sized businesses you notice they only employ their fellow northerners and practically never employ an Akan . Today in Accra the largest religious building in the country will be the mosque being build on our national park at Nima donated by Turkey confirming the Islamic domination of Ghana. Tribalism mixed with chauvinism and despotism from the north has now equaled the hegemony of the ewes . A.C.C.R.A any criminal can roam about so we have them everywhere now . even at the scholarship secretariat hardly ever is an Akan awarded the privilege to go abroad and study now . The Akans are the majority but because most continue to sleep or blindly trust the other tribes these atrocities are taking place . We look at the political strategy of the NDC and see the typical Hannibal wench when he turned the strengths of the mighty Roman army against themselves as they are doing to the Akans . From the south they use part of the Fantis and from the North the Brongs , from behind we have the chariot onslaught of the Gas Ewes Krobos. Yes the political landscape reflects a war which is only meant to destroy the right of self governance of the God's chosen nation of Africa the Akan . For them its a big deal who leads the NPP but we really don't care as our movement grows stronger by the hour as more and more Akans wake up to reality of this dire situation . We did not ask for this war but we will fight it and be victorious as God is with us . Long live the Republic of Akan

Stop your bigoted nonsense!!! If you've got nothing better to say, don't say a thing. Who ordained the Akans as the rightful rulers of the nation, you live in a country of different tribes so get real. Rather than you providing a positive contribution to the subject in question - tackling the high rate of corruption in the country, you come out 'spewing' tribal nonsense.

However I will recommend a beefing up of the existing laws to help deal with corruption in Ghana. Perhaps Justice Apau, the sole commissioner on judgement debts could be made the Ombudsman for anti corruption campaign.
Folks I welcome your comments to the above.

Never in my life as a Ghanaian have i seen this magnitude of uncontrolled corruption, chaos and anarchy particularly with the NDC in power.I am old enough to have seen the transition of NDC from the AFRC through the PNDC led by,JJ Rawlings.Irrespective of the excesses of the revolution,Jerry Rawlings gallantly and bravely extricated this country from slavery by some capitalist orientals feeding fat on our back and toil in the dark days of corruption, extortion and in fact broad day robbery.A lot of these white collar criminals have never forgiven him in his quest to ensure social justice ,in the process liquidating and neutralizing the canker of corruption at the time. Majority of the suffering masses will forever be grateful to Jerry Rawlings damn those greedy and self-centered criminals who took the suffering masses hostage still very bitter with him and attacking him at the least opportunity, usually taking advantage of the excesses in the revolution.Despite the good intentions of the revolution culminating in social balance in this Country, Jerry Rawlings have often been deliberately depicted as a demon who murdered by those crooks who benefited immensely by milking a chaotic and unstable Ghana prior to the revolution.Their bitterness and anguish at him was because of his vigilance and the price you rightfully pay when exposed in corruption.Nowadays corruption and lawlessness with impunity is the order of the day with people taking the law into their own hands to victimize, maim and sometimes murder others without the law acting.Open corruption, broad day thievery and robbery is now the order.Anybody who dare talk about it is ruthlessly victimized, threatened and sometimes murdered in the process. It is a cabal with people at the very top involved. What saddens me most about this moral decadence is that we have a president who potentially should up hold moral integrity and virtues befitting his social and cultural background. In Mannansah's folder where he lamented a lot in one of those epic corruptions bedeviling SADA he traced the historical origin of 'paepaeni' and sadly concluded the president is not committed to fighting corruption.I have had a horrific experience where i was ruthlessly victimized by Ghana Health Service by a Director General by name Dr. Ebenezer Appiah Denkyira. My crime was that i refused to condone or connive in corruption that was needlessly causing lives in Effia Nkwanta Hospital. The reason why the Medical Director orchestrated my dismissal with the backing of the Director General is because i complaint about a bribery scandal involving blood transfusion that caused the death of a 16 year old teenage girl. When a whole Director General connived and condoned to criminally victimize me with a mental illness to cover the scandal, i realized how lawless and corrupt this country has become.I also realized how corrupt prone people in position of responsibility currently were.Whiles the case was deliberately gagged by powerful authorities including government functionaries i had my live threatened several times and they were real attempts at murdering me when i filed a case at the the fast track high court against Ghana Health Service. The annoying thing was that i was accused of allegedly being an NDC sympathizer and an informant who leaked stories about activities in the hospital. What leaked stories were they worried about? It was the nefarious, corrupt and criminal activities on going in effia nkwanta hospital. What was most shocking was alleged presidential decree requesting an investigation into the case at effia nkwanta.A Director General defying presidential orders to fraudulently sack doctors because they complaint and reported corruption?I have been frustrated in court with the government backing a Director General who in fact committed a heinous crime by faking a mental illness to sack doctors seen as a threat to the scandals in a notoriously corrupt hospital.Oh yes Jerry Rawlings can always be falsely attacked but his integrity and commitment to fighting corruption can never be questioned. We grew up as boys scout and vigilantes during the days of the PNDC where corrupt public officials who plunged the nation's resources were ruthlessly pursued and rightly so.We are now in an era where even speaking out against corruption can potentially end your life because top guns are deeply involved but come out pretending to be angels.By the magnitude of the corruption epidermic spreading like wild fire some of us never believed they were still good Cadres loyal to the ideals of the revolution centered on anti-corruption and social justice.Majority of the old guards deeply involved in the revolution and the fight against corruption have themselves been corrupted by a corrupt system. Many NPP sympathizers are of the view that Nana Addo is equally principled with the high moral grounds to stamp out corruption.Corruption now so pervasive and persistent will continue to register public outcry and protest. It will be most unfortunate should the NDC touted as Social Democratic Party lose the election in 2016 on grounds of corruption charges.Unfortunately that will be the benchmark for at least discerning minds come 2016.We definitely need an Anti-Corruption High Court to curb the wave of incessant corruption irrespective of which political party is in power. It is a matter of urgent social intervention impoverishing and killing majority at the expense of some few, greedy, powerful elite.
