Or Jake was not a non-Akan when he occupied the seat!! If that argument was untenable in the days of Jake and the NPP never even raised a finger against that AKAN thinking, what makes then think it will go away suddenly because Afoko is non-Akan? The party must do more than the mere election of one non-Akan chairman to diffuse that notion. Referring to other tribes as shepherds and calling for annihilation of others is more important statements than electing one man to a position. And who does not know this Afoko chairman gesture was not managed? We are watching and listening to the likes of Kennedy Agyepong, Ursela Akufo. Nana Addo and the rest.
