    It was first called Ghana Italian Petroleum and gov't repurchased it and name it "TOR". much as I support privatisation, the sale have to be ver, very transparent. gov't can still have a share it.

    P(NDC) is noted for selling national assets and making them their property later. State fishing and Nsawan canery is an example. We never voted them into power.
