historically you have to win a majority of votes in a majority of regions to win the presidential election in the 4th republic so far; there are so many factors that influence an election that you have to win a majority of regions to win an election in Ghana. For example voter turnout is a serious factor in winning elections there is a difference between 30% voter turnout and 80% overall! it can also be differrent from region to region with regions with higher number of voters having lower turnouts than regions with smaller voter populations. So dont state some mathematical equation as a sign of your deep understanding of the matter!!!1 that is feeble, rather do a comprehensive analysis of the 2012 election compared to any other election/s and then you can support your claim/s???? dont shout out 1+1+3+9 and think you are smart!!!!
