Now the supreme constitution has not criminalized homosexuality and had given right to sexual orientation. however, the supreme constitution has criminialze incest as also part of sexuality. Nana oye has not said he will defend the right of those who commit incest. Now that the law is open her professional activism will be applicable. Everybody must blame parliament for not making amends to the law and adding that homoseuality is a criminal act and a subvertion. Until then Nana Oye will hold her stand firm. It is not our cultural practice, yes, yet those invovlved now are Ghanain-born citizens who belongs to any of the tribes in Ghana.
