There is no trust and confidence in the Ghanaian Public, and some of their papers, because of selfishness, hatred, Partisan, and jealousness, so there is no need for consultations with them.

I will suggest that all prospective appointees must be subjected to simple IQ test to determine whether they at least have subliminal level of intelligence and cognitive maturity to be Ministers. At times unexpected vituperative assertions of some Ministers smark of cognitive immaturity, reflective of emotionally-challenged baby in diapers.

Their constituents must look for competent people to represent and champion their cause
