To spread the accountability further we also need an explanation from the ministry of health or the local health authority as to why a hospital serving many communities in and around Tema didn’t have an emergency electricity generator in place in the event of power failure.
Who are the incompetent fools and mediocre political masters who assumed that it was sufficient to just build a hospital and not provide the most basic ancillaries such as an emergency electric generator.

After successful surgery a healthcare professional is supposed to check patients vital signs every 15 minutes for the first hour and then 30 minutes till patient is stable.
