    My daughter entered the Cape Coast Midwifery and Nursing Training College in the 2016/2017 academic year and she was bonded. I have a copy of the bond forms with me.

    Ok,then pay them allowance too since you Want to treat all fairly.Why do you want to pay the public nursing alawa but you don't need their service at the end.
