I hope these nurses will start receiving their salaries immediately the start work. Not after 18 months' time.
The nurses for their part will dedicate themselves to their vocation.

Why should the nurses accept to work under challenging conditions? Do the politicians work under challenging conditions? Why should there be challenging conditions? After having to endure 2 years of work before being paid, what else do you want them to do? Nurses did not go to school to be poor or to live under challenging conditions. Even the thieves in government want go lives!

Ghana x currently ova producin nurse, as it is now there are surplus of nurses in the system. This is confirmed by MOH refusal to employ nurses who had their training from the universities. Meanwhile, MOH has an agreement with NHS UK to bar them from recruiting Ghanaian nurses. Philippine, which also has surplus of nurses doesn't steal the opportunity of these 'not needed' nurses from working abroad, bt with deliberate actions from authorities these nurses are 'sponsored' to work abroad. Can Ghana do same for its 'not needed' nurses?
