There used to be East and West Germany, but 25 years ago that ceased to be, so that currently there's only Germany.
Keep that in you knowledge base!

Nursing lacks respect frm d policy makers n d citizenry! Government has placed embargo on employing 'graduate' nurse. Dat shows dat government doesn't respect nursing.

Can these communities not find a place for nurses who are posted to their communities to enhance the health of the pople not find accomodation for these nurses from their won neighbourhood. Do we have to wait for govenments to do it all? We do not even take those govermnet bodies to account and let greedy civil servants and politicians spoil things with no accountability. We have to look after ourselves and our interests as communities. Lets demand that officials do their work and also chip in to help build and clean our comminities.

Its sad to see communities making it difficult for others to help them. Apathy and lack of vouluntary contribution is what is killing Ghana. Even peple want to governmet to come and clean drainages in their neighbourhood. People will be sitting around stagnant waters which are breeding mosquitos and buy mosquito coils to control them. Just people taking the initiative to clear bushes stagnant waters and empty tins and other debri from their neighboorhood to stop mosquitos carrying malaria, and other infectious diseases is a problem. Now just housing nurses who are devloping time, knowledge and experience to enhance the life of the people in the community is a problem. The developed world has gotten to where they are by individuals taking hold of their destiny themselves. Wake up Ghanaians and contribute your quoto to your onw need. Its by little drops of water that the chicken drinks, out elders tell us. Who will suffer malaria is whithin 100 meters of houses and community places are cleared of mosquito breeding grounds. We don't need vaccines to control malaria. Controlling the vectors by simple clean environment will get rip of this plague that has plagued and wasted billions of dollars. Simple things, people simple things!!!
