    If Ghana needs a world-class medical facility, what prevents Ghana from establising one? I think what Ghana needs first is a world-class leadership and everything will fall into its rightful place.

    Ghana needs world class medical facilities in all the 10 regions of Ghana, not in Accra. The Ridge hospital renovation amount could built two of such facilities easily in any 2 regions in Ghana, but what do we see?

    Speaking with circumspection is not a very common thing with Ghanaian politicians. Why NOT say "Ghana needs a world class medical facility"? Where it is situated does not immediatley become the issue.
