You are right in suggesting those simple 'free' excercise because I think they are the most effective when coupled with simple dieting. One doesn't need to starve to achieve results. The catch here is try and follow whatever regimen you set for yourself religiously.

Very good article the best I've read so far in Ghana home Page I already do the things mentioned. Skipping rope is a brilliant and free exercise its an entire body workout.
30 minutes of this three to five times a week and you'll certainly burn off that fat.
Push brilliant all body exercise does shoulders, triceps, biceps and even the abs if done correctly. Start off doing as many as you can comfortably, then cut the amount started with by half.
Then do between 5 to 20 sets of the half fitness guaranteed rest for four to five days start again. Sleep on your back helps you breath properly with your stomach. Drink and eat plenty of coconut this is a very powerful medicine and will clean all that oil inside your stomach from fried food.
Aburi is one of the most beautiful places in the world not only Ghana, Cape Coast and Winneba have great beaches.

Ooooch!
And you wrote:
“Why must I buy Ghana rice when it's loaded with sand?”
Folks, the Quality of any product is a statistical issue and can change with time and effort and feedback. Feedback is the process of evaluation and correction and improvement. If the time you tasted that rice it had pebbles, a feedback to the company can change that within a month. In the 1950s, 60s we considered Japanese products inferior and today they are associated with high quality even by Americans.
I purchased and tried some Ghanaian unpolished rice, which I deem a more healthy variety than the polished white rice. This was around 2005-2006 time. I really enjoyed it and did not see any pebbles in it. As a note I had stopped eating rice since I came to America since we have so many varieties of things I can eat similar to rice (Couscous, Quinoa, etc), compared to high school days. In fact I was pleasantly surprised of the Ghanaian rice. So please don’t give up so easily on it. Let us try to give these people a feedback. It will help if news writers will do what Western media do – provide their name and email and sometimes phone contact for feedback.
Some Hollywood celebrities stopped buying Jaguar in the 1980s due to very poor quality and reliability. Japanese whipped the British out of America for about 2 decades, using Lexus, a substitute for the real thing, Mercedes, with almost identical imitation. Today Jaguar realized their mistake and back on the America market with a vim!
Fiat also made a mistake and pulled out of the American market in the 1970s when Toyota took food out of their mouth in the small car market. After almost 30 or more years Fiat is back, with some alliance with some American company.
Ghanaian culture is good at imitation but very weak in adaptation and leaning the good things to catch up from others. I still have not found the answer why the Gas and Fantes on the Coast did not send technical spies to Europe to find out how the white man built those large ships. After 300 years some of our artisans learned how to make guns, but not with enough capital to make it into ammunitions manufacturer and exporter. Our leadership has never understood global business and sometimes ago I heard even the government wanted to ban locally made weapons! How more naïve or even stupid (to use Prof. Ayittey’s words) can a people be!
We are so selfish and greedy we do not want to support our fellow Ghanaians to succeed?
An Akan proverb says when a sheep thinks it is ruining the image of the town with his waste all over the place, little does it know it is ruining its own tail. All the politicians have their kids going overseas to study and most of these kids do not even want to return and continue the profession of their parents in public hustling and possible thievery.
BTW Isn’t that what we call stupidity? Just asking!

I totally agree with the writer. We must accept and improve upon our own products in order to get away from reliance upon foreign products.
