    capitation is good to ensure efficiency, but would not work in Ghana because the entire Ghanaian society is corrupt. whatever system is implemented, they will find a way to cheat it.

    this introduction comes with a lot of problems for moving to different environs to seek medical service.why not improve on the exiting one!!!!

    MAY I KNOW THE COST IF A PERSON VISIT A HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT AND HOW MANY HOSPITAL OR CLINIC CAN A PERSON CHOOSE.

    A person chooses one health provider and can change the after six months if he feels unsatisfied. For now all facilities in ashanti are part, it will be extended to cover the whole country soon.

    CAPITATION IN ITS PRESENT FORM IN ASHANTI REGION GOES WITH CO-PAYMENT. ASHANTI IS MORE ENDOWED THAN ALL REGIONS.PEOPLE IN CENTRAL REGION AND THE 3 NORTHERN REGIONS CANT AFFORD CAPITATION.

    THE PILOT MUST BE STOPPED IN ASHANTI AND THE GENERAL SYSTEM FAILURE ADDRESSED BEFORE ROLLING OUT,OTHERWISE CAPITATION WILL SUFFER THE SAME FATE AS ONE TIME PREMIUM

    MoH must procure ambulances region wide and set paramedic training programs and service system. This is highly needed, will save life and it would create jobs
