    Just advice yourself that fufu fufu everyday really does more harm than good to you and donot the portion size also.If you love fufu just go ahead but just be judicious and cautious.Also becareful about salt.

    Coffee drunk simultaneously or 1 hour after eating inhibits iron absorption.However,when drank 1 hour before meal,there is no absorption inhibition.

    Pregnant mothers should eat red plantain. NOT GREEN.
