The government and the charities provide assistance in the civilized countries. Blame your politicians who pocket the countries money and educate their children overseas.

I'm so surprised U are telling Ghanaians and the whole world that U don't know this already exist in Ghana? I was asked to bring 2 pints of blood when I went to deliver my son to which I did. None of the blood was given to me at the end of the C-Section (thanks be to God). My sister-in-law was asked to do same when she went to deliver. Pls ask your colleagues at Korle-Bu to brief you. Guess you are a stranger in Jerusalem.
