  i will suggest ngos,churches and other organisation groups engage the community in a serious cleaning up exercise everyweekend to keep the enviroment tidy especially the drains and also educate the general public to watchout for stagnant water that may breed mosquitoes,most ngos and health organisations fought against malaria seriously especially in the late 80s to the early 20s and the best antidote is to keep your environment clean and it can at least help reduce cases in the area
