    You are only directing them to break the law. Tell the not to take bribes and be law abiding. There seem to be confessions from politicians all over. Bagbin, nacob boss, Rawlings. Wow.

    The IGP should stop collecting monthly 'returns' from his Regional Police Commanders. This will stop the Police from extorting money at gun-point. Infact, the Ghana Police can best be described as uniformed armed robbers.
