    The prison system needs a complete overhaul with some funding. They are locked away as punishment but it doesn't mean they have to treated like crap!

    KILL THEM QUICK. THEY ARE A WASTE TO THE STATE. WE SPEND MONEY ON THEM FOR NOTHING. WE SHOULD USE THOSE MONIES TO FUND NEW SCHOOLS OR CLINICS FOR THE VARIOUS COMMUNITIES. THOSE CONVICTS ARE USELESS HUMAN BEINGS. FINISH THEM !
