  Why penalise this innocent driver? We know of many MP,, Lawyers, police, and even Presidential Candidates who cannot do without ganja. The Wikileaks papers revealed that one particular presidential candidate for the 2016 elections wakes up to a heavy marijuana smoke and that he cannot do without wee. Now the police are harassing the weak and vulnerable in society! Why?
