When Boko Harem was terrorizing Nigeria, many of the captured terrorists admitted that they were well paid to kidnap and kill innocent people, Armed robbers and rapists ought to be treated as domestic terrorists.
The one who raped the female officer ought to be given extra special treatment, because a uniformed police officer represents the first line of defense for the general public, an attack on them represents an affront to public safety.
