It will be a while before armed robbery can be controlled because they know they can buy their way to freedom. Why not get rid of the court system and deal with armed robbers the only they understand "kill them on the spot"

Ghana Military presence is lacking in the North outside Tamale!! Every region deserves a Military base that is vigilant and thus a deterrent!!!!
