    The police are as incompetent as the govt. We're in trouble. The impunity of those notices suggests these are the acts of political thugs who feel untouchable because of political & police connections.

    These criminals, because of their political & police connections, are confident of never facing justice. The only justice they fear is that meted out by angry mobs. Hence these notices.

    The whole scenario looks like the police have been bribed by the criminals to stay at bay, with the excuse of lack of information, whilst the criminals rob the people.

    The police will only do their work if a policeman is attacked by criminals. MANY of them work with the criminals. They are on the payrolls of the criminals. When civilians complain, the police don't give a rat ass.
