Ghana is rife with under-age sex and paedophilia. It appears some folks don't understand what it means to control their abnormal sexual urges. One hears about defilements all the time in the Ghanaian media. Toddlers are sometimes victims. This is a national disgrace, because nothing gets done that will serve strongly as a deterrent. How about castrating sex offenders? The situation is getting out of hand.
