A woman of 26 years learning to be a seamstress cannot be described as an idiot surely. She didn't complain at being raped so how can he be charged and convicted as such? I can presume that the woman can consent to sex as she must be capable of making I dependent decisions. How can she trade as a seamstress is she can't make decisions like charges etc etc etc. We may not agree to what he may have done but morality is different from criminality. The courts in Ghana sometimes baffles me.
