You said the Union Chairman appeared in court, then in another paragraph you have written " those who failed to appear in court include Thomas Mingle, the Union chairman".

Again you wrote that sixteen persons appeared in court, yet you have stated that four have been granted bail, two on the run and ten failed to appear before court. So which 16 appeared before the Magistrate?
