    Oh Ghana, why should this be postponed 50 times. the complainants cannot afford to go to court everyday?that is why they provide instant justice in the streets.

    These are some of criminal activities of ghana police. The complainants might never know the court date after police have taken bribes from the robbers.God will punish them all.

    the accused person is guilty since the complainants found their phones with the accused. the judge is also guilty before GOD.

    It is the law to throw out a case after such adjournment. That's one of the loopholes in law.

    Tis is a very good lesson but the judge in question should have given summons to the complainant,prosecutor and the investigator to appear before the court.

    Lost country.
    How many times must the complainant come to court .
    The judge already have all that he needed to give the judgement but sorry this is Ghana .
