and as such, neither of their allegations can be trusted blindly,
also not those coming from the police officers.
In my opinion, more than just the one "drowning"-occurrence mentioned in the article is necessary to incite such a widespread indignation against the police.
For that reason and especially if clear proof against the suspects is lacking , NO blind exemplary warning should be made on the back of the suspects by the judiciary; rather a comprehensive investigation into the antecedents should be launched and it's result publicly discussed to avoid repeating the mistakes that lead to the incident in the future.
