You dont need to insult lolulou, i think he has seen many times when people goes to jail for stealing goats and do over 10yrs,which i think is so ridiculous,compare to attempted murder.

So how does the law balance hard crime to silly crime like stealing guinea fowl or goat and doing about 10 yrs when the guy can be given a hard labour or better reform, like leaning a trade or weeding government premises for a lenient sentence instead spending the government money feeding him for 10 or 20 yrs ?

This person needs concealing and rehabilitation instead of jailing him. It is his own live but not somebody´s, damn it. You don´t feed him, he doesn´t own you. Find out what is wrong with him, talk to him deep down and see if you could help him rather than adding more salt to his injuries .

This guy is unemployed and has been jailed 20 years for attempting to commit crime while big men,people working in high offices have committed crimes and still living freely.the country is hard for him to survive in while still unemployed and so decided to find food and now he is behind bars.why don't the government help such people out? Sit them down and help them out of their situations.imprisonment does not solve the problem.he will complete his jail term when he is almost 40, what can he do meaningful at that age?
