You see these people all over the place slowly bleeding and starving our our economy by transfering all the ill-gotten wealth out the country. Chances are that this guy is treating his local employees like dirt,and getting away with it! Keep him behind bars till his case is disposed of. And then, he can set up shop somewhere else and continue with his 'evil' ways!
