If this guy were to be a Ghanaian his sentence would have been 45 years, government is blame for corruption where as the judges are so bad and corrupt.

the American must be set free ,free him over 2 wrapped of ganja, he did not do anything wrong, too many corruptions in accra ,work on that and put them to jail,fucking police

I am a Ghanaian living in the UK, no one has ever being put in jail for using this stuff. It's meant to be a caution @ the Police Station & not wasting precious court time & tax payers money.
