    If he pleaded not guilty, he can't be convicted on his own plea.

    This is a nothing to report about. How many people aren't convicted every day for various traffic offenses? As for the quality of the reporting, blame it on the JSS and its graduates.

    The amount is too small. What can 240do? It is not deterrent enough. The lecturer's license should be seized and banned from driving for at least two months.

    What kind of reporting is this,? and by GNA.
    If the reporter is not good, how about the editor.
    They don't even know the difference between "crushed" and "crashed".
