    I wished I could see the records of the number of policemen who took bribes from the other drivers who, the police chose not to send to court. Equally interesting will be the number of incidences. Thieves!

    USA HAS A TOTAL POLICE FORCE OF ABOUT 800,000 FOR A POP OF 310 MILLION.GHANA A NATION OF 25 MILLION HAS BEEFED UP ITS POLICE OFFICERS FROM 800,000 TO 1.3 MILLION. IS THIS A PRINTING MISTAKE?
