Though he is a constituency organiser, it does not necessitated that the NPP flag should be put instead of his image/picture. And if its true that he did, it could be personal rather than political. So I employ our noble journalist to employ an entity concept to differentiate between persons n their companies, institutions n parties. If the evidence proves to be true, deterrent punishment should be meted out to him so others learn from it and it should not be necessarily money.
