Secondly, Land Commission has a database of all land/property owners in Ghana. The prospective tenant(in this case) did not do proper due diligence before parting with her money. Ignorance is killing us. We tend to do business the "old-fashioned" way and when we get duped, we end up criticising the system.

Records at Lands do not tally with the situation on the ground in terms of ownership of a property most of the time. It is easier if you are buying land to conduct a search but for rentals your exposure is high.

As if we've never had problems with electricity and water in Ghana. Ever. And this 'ludicrous' attack against his presidency in the courts is beyond belief. At the expense of Ghanaians!!! The more yelling they do about the NDC, the less people will remember what they did!! Not to mention escapees and subclinical cases like adolfo and okoompo something or the other who are way beyond lala land. WOW!!!!
