Anybody who purchadses a plot of land must first and foremost,demand documentation that would enable him or her make enquires from the right authorities to make sure the land has not already been sold.He or She must also make sure that whoever is selling the said land is the rightful owner. People and I mean greedy people are ripping good people off their hard earned money. Government should also punish severely those greedy bastards to deter others.
