If it is Weed and not in large quantities, and they are not selling to minors, just fine them if they are First Time Offenders. Yes let them go if they did not smoke, got High and committed no crimes. Do you know how many people at Big Positions including Lawyers, Judges, MPs, Police, Soldiers who smoke it. Even one former President used to smoke it when he was at the Military, and even when he left the Army. That is known to everybody. It is only Political hypocrites that will not admit it.
