Mohammed signs 4-year Hacken deal

Ghana youth striker Nasiru Mohammed has agreed a four-year deal with Swedish Allsvenskan leaders BK Hacken.

The 18-year-old joined the Göteborg-based side on a four-month loan deal from Ghanaian third-tier side Rainbow FC in July.

He has been tied down to replace compatriot Abdul Majeed Waris who is set to join Russian giants Spartak Moscow in January.

Mohammed has scored four goals in eight appearances for Rambergsvallen Stadium outfit including a double on his debut.

"It is a very exciting time to be part of the club on a permanent basis," Mohammed said.

"We are in pole position to win the league and to be part of that squad to make history is always great."

Mohammed was captain of the 2011 Ghana U17 team which failed to qualify for the African Championships.
