All-Africa Games Medals Table

Maputo — South Africa continues to hold a commanding lead in the medals table at the 10th All-Africa Games in Maputo, winning 100 of the 314 medals that had been awarded by Sunday morning.

Most of these medals come from the swimming events. South African athletes won 74 of the 135 medals awarded for swimming.

Algeria remains in second position in the medals table with 36, followed by Tunisia with 32 and Egypt with 22.

Ghana has only 2 bronze, both from boxing

South Africa: 100 (44 gold, 29 silver, 27 bronze)

Algeria: 36 (7 gold, 12 silver, 17 bronze)

Tunisia 32: (9 gold, 16 silver, 7 bronze)
