Former Ebusua Dwarfs forward Nicholas Gyan has expressed his readiness to switch nationality to Tanzania after joining Simba FC last month.
Gyan, who plundered in 11 goals for the Crabs in the ongoing Ghana Premier League before joining the Tanzanian giants on a three-year contract, has reiterated his desire to represent the country at international level, claiming that he has been overlooked for far too long by the technical handlers of the Ghana's senior national team
“I have been rejected and maligned by my own people and wouldn’t mind playing for any country that approaches me. How can I miss out on the Black Stars B squad after scoring 11 goals in the season? ” Gyan told Final Whistle Talkshow.
Gyan was a member of the Black Stars B that were preparing for the 2018 CHAN qualifier against Burkina Faso before his switch to Tanzania.
