Petitioners' lawyer's name tells it all. Because they know truth in anything doesn't favor them, they always use crook ways to cheat others. This has been their trade mark ever since Ghana attained independence. The only time they genuinely won an election was in 2001 all because Ghanaians got fed up with the government of JJ Rawlings. In 1968 , bad soldiers like General Afrifa and I'K Kotoka assisted Prof Busia to rig the elections to become the prime minister of Ghana. in 2004, the NPP rigged the election and late Jake Obetsibey turned himself into the EC Chairman and announced the result in the favor of the NPP. Now realizing that if they don't get an EC chair who will assist them rig the 2020 elections, they have decided to start an illegal process so that it will be easy for them come 2020. In the era of our first and visionary leader Dr Kwame Nkrumah, they couldn't even a single election hence they had to use the military to kick him out of power. They know that Ghana is sinking everyday under their noses hence they are doing this panicking process but God will disappointment them come 2020.

The issue @ EC is being perpetrated by NPP sympathizers who work there led by a known npp member/lawyer.
In respective of whether this is the case,let the case run its full course.
