Charlotte Osei you believe in the rule of law as you are a lawyer yourself. You must go to court and win your case.
You have nothing to fear except the fear of loosing and being impeached.

She must strongly resist the creeps and corrupt folks who don't like her vigorous pursuance of the case of missing funds in her outfit.
It is very unfortunate that these elements would politicize this case to get the EC Chairperson out of the way so that they could not be exposed and prosecuted.
Surely, Maxwell Opoku Agyeman must submit the names of each and everyone of the Petitioners for all to see. It is most likely the whole accusation against Charlotte Osei is a product of pure devilish machination, motivated by vengeance and the fact that she was appointed by Mahama, a former President from NDC.
We cannot pursue all State Employees who were appointed by a former Administration of different Political Party for unwarranted dismissals. Ghana belongs to all of us, and it is not only one Party's members who deserve to work for the State.
If that were the case, we would be fully reshuffling the Civil Service every 4 years after Elections, and hardly could we ever have experienced Government employees to work for the State.
The only poignant reason for firing a Civil Servant is when he or she breaches the Laws and Regulations applicable to his or her work, including deliberately sabotaging the policies and programs of incumbent Administration.
And even with that kind of allegation, provable evidence of the malfeasance charged must be shown beyond reasonable doubt.
All that reckless brute force others like the NPP vigilante groups are employing to oust State workers from their posts seems to stem from the perception that most, if not all, of the current employees of State were hired under partisan nepotistic circumstances by the NDC. And therefore, if a new Party, NPP, has come to Power, all State jobs must be filled only by its members.
As much as we could all acknowledge the long existing corrupt hiring practices in Ghana, not all State workers were hired, over the decades gone by, because they belong to a particular Party. So, we should do more to prevent any such partisan favoritism for jobs that do not bear the risk of undue interference in the policies of an incumbent Administration. And higher positions in Government that require special expertise should not turn over Officials on the whim of changed Administration.
Long Live Ghana!!!
