Good job done, we have to start cracking the nut. otherwise people in authority would not do what is right.

I think honestly that this is the beginning of GOOD GOVERNANCE. This criminal at the Assemblies who are supposed to properly ensure quality of work done to protect the public purs, conive with contractors to reduce quality of materials used so that they can TAKE AN AGREED AMOUNT OF MONEY from the contractors. Even in certain situations the contractors don't even do any work. The work it out as a CONTRACT is AWARDED and EXECUTED. Huge payments are then made by the assembly to the contractor and the MONEY LATER SHARED BY A FEW PEOPLE in the assembly. It is happening all over the assemblies. I know what I am taking about. We have evidence to proof some of these deals. THIEVES.

Surprising. In Ghana we don't punish officials for their inaction..Any attempt to punish some one for not doing a job properly will see political parties coming to their defence.Am not sure but I think change is coming.

It's a start but not enough, If inverstigations reveal that the shoddy work caused the collapse and deaths of the victims then all those responsible must be prosecuted in court.
