    Surprising. In Ghana we don't punish officials for their inaction..Any attempt to punish some one for not doing a job properly will see political parties coming to their defence.Am not sure but I think change is coming.

    It's a start but not enough, If inverstigations reveal that the shoddy work caused the collapse and deaths of the victims then all those responsible must be prosecuted in court.

    Continue like that.Try also to charge them for manslaughter. This will stop in Ghana if owners and engineers are punished for poor work done
